Our network of field vendors covers the whole of India. Through our tie-up with US-based Issues & Answers, we also have access to fieldwork services in 20 other countries in the World.
We do not maintain any field infrastructure. We outsource all our fieldwork requirements to a hand-picked set of field services vendors.Clients are given details of field vendors so as to allow them to interact with them directly in they need.
Free from the time-consuming demands of fieldwork management, our researchers can give more attention to developing the best study designs and data collection instruments, and also to interpreting the findings better.
Quality policy on data collected by field vendors
Kaybase has a rigorous policy that consists of not just the usual quantitative veracity checks but also qualitative information-depth checks.
We insist that our field vendors give us formal reports on the standard industry check norms -
- 30% supervisor back-check
- 9% executive back-check
- 5% executive accompaniment
- 100% supervisor scrutiny
In addition, we carry out computer-aided scrutiny at the data entry stage. Our researchers carry out a minimum of 10% of quality checks on the fieldwork done by the vendors.
All quality checks are carefully documented and can be shared with the client on request.
