Ashok R Sankethi
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Ashok spent 16 years in the MR industry before launching Kaybase. He has substantial teaching experience in institutes such as IIM Lucknow, IIT Madras, and ENPC University of France. Ashok has contributed many articles and papers to both Indian and international journals on research, employee engagement, and on leadership development.

The SEC system was adopted widely in India after his paper (MRSI Annual Seminar, 1992) comparing the effectiveness of SEC and income in targeting consumers. Based on this paper, he was invited to be the Indian contributor to the inaugural international edition of the US-based MR journal Quirks (October, 2001).

He serves as an examiner on IIT’s doctoral committee, and has been a guide for M.Phil students during their research in marketing and related areas. He has also been a mentor to many students and young managers.

Praveena Ranganathan
Praveena was the first employee of Kaybase and is now a stakeholder in the firm. She brings a very strong quantitative orientation to the team. She runs a very small office for us in Metz, France. She is currently on a sabbatical, doing a course of entrepreneurship at the University of Luxembourg.
