We worked with KayBase on a research project that involved a medium-sized survey in rural India. We found KayBase’s work to be highly professional and upto standards of rigor expected by academic research. Besides the actual survey, Kaybase was actively involved with the Berkeley team through the most of the research process including instrument design, sampling, and assessment, and had useful input at each level.
We were very satisfied with the work of the project managers assigned to us who worked hands-on in the field, and were also good in giving us regular feedback. We were given direct access to their surveyors who were competent and diligent about their work. The output data was given to us in our preferred file formats, and cleaned up very well for us to work on. Their final analysis of the research was methodologically sound, and we would strongly recommend them as a partner for research and evaluation projects.

I have used Kaybase on 2-3 occasions and have been happy with the quality of the research. They ensure the quality of the fieldwork and make crisp presentations. Also, being a small firm, they are able to provide senior level involvement right through a study.
