We used Kaybase for an internal study involving several group discussions among employees. We were very impressed not only by their research skills but also by their understanding of issues relevant to our domain.

I have used Kaybase on 2-3 occasions and have been happy with the quality of the research. They ensure the quality of the fieldwork and make crisp presentations. Also, being a small firm, they are able to provide senior level involvement right through a study.

We have worked with Kaybase a couple of times on assignments of strategic importance, and have been happy with the results. The good thing about Kaybase is that its team has worked with very large agencies earlier, and the team is able to now blend the processes of a large firm with the hunger and flexibility of a small firm.

We have been working with Kaybase for the last 6 months on an assignment that involves multiple touchpoints within our organization.
